After sending my Wife to Lydell, it was my turn. After trying to do and re-do a tire balance (turned out to be defective), Mark got it to a point where the vibration was minimal. He even called the tire vendor for me. Lookit, Lydell is simply the best: great customer service, great workmanship, fair price...very willing to accommodate a busy schedule and free wifi ...what more could you ask for ?

Dropped off 4 tires in the morning to be road force balanced. Did not have an appointment but Lydell Motors gladly accepted the tires and said they would be ready by the end of the day. At the end of the day the tires were ready. I mounted the balanced tires and they drive without any vibration through all speed ranges. I will definitely be back when I need tires balanced.
