Mark has been taking care of my cars for years. He keeps them running smoothly and makes things as convenient for me as possible.

First time at Lydell motors for an issue with my 2005 X5. I told Mark and Jim the problem and explained to me what needs to be done to properly diagnose the problem, dropped off car next day and got a call from Mark before any work was done on what was needed to be done to fix the problem. I have to say these guys know their stuff around BMW’s. I would definitely have Mark and Jim and their team of professionals work on any of my vehicles. If you care about your car this is the place to bring it.

Mark and team did an excellent job servicing my A5. The work was completed in a timely manor and at a reasonable cost, much less than the dealership. They also kept me well informed during the entire process.

Lydell without prompt and for free helped me fixed an issue from a previous accident repair that was done from an overrated "Honda authorized" dealership.
