Any time I have a problem with my Audi, I take it to Mark at Lydell and the problem gets straightened out. This last issue was undiagnosed by the Audi service people; even after I complained about the issue on several visits. Lydell diagnosed and preformed the necessary adjustments and the car is squared away.

Friendly, low-key customer service coupled with consistent once-and-done vehicle service has made me a repeat customer for ten years!
